- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails, providing accurate information about products or services and resolving complaints promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure issues are resolved.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service and enhance the overall customer experience .
- Conduct after-sales support and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty .
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing customers .
- Prepare and present reports on customer feedback and activities to management .
- Advise clients on process improvements and act as a point of contact for complaints or escalations.

Required Qualifications

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is minimum; a bachelor’s degree in Business,



Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, telecalling, or sales /Freshers can also apply

Skills and Competencies

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities
- Customer-centric attitude with empathy and patience.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software .
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced setting

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
