Our company, Newmann Corporation, is a leading provider of heavy manufacturing solutions, specializing in the design, production, and installation of custom-made heavy machinery for various industries. We sell a range of products including bearings, Plummer blocks, equipments for steel melting area and highly specialized condition management equipment. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team and help us grow our customer base.

Requirements:

· A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business from an accredited institution.

· At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales in the heavy manufacturing industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.

· Experience in working in the iron and steel, cement, mining, power, oil and gas or any other heavy manufacturing industry.

· Knowledge about manufacturing equipment and its parts, including the products manufactured by Timken, SKF, FAG, NTN, NSK or MASTA.

· Knowledge of basic metal manufacturing chemistry and production line.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

· Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex technical requirements.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team,



with a high degree of self-motivation and initiative.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

· Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Responsibilities:

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities for bearings, Plummer blocks, and condition management equipment in the heavy manufacturing industry.

· Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, including conducting regular meetings and presenting product offerings.

· Understand clients’ needs and provide appropriate solutions, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

· Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve sales targets for these products.

· Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotes, and negotiate terms and conditions of sales contracts.

· Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
