Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor – Mechanical to oversee maintenance activities in our CNC Machine Shop. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines, ensuring maximum machine uptime, reliability, and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise mechanical maintenance activities for CNC machines.
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
- Troubleshoot mechanical failures and minimize downtime.
- Maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication, and coolant systems.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules with production.
- Ensure proper maintenance records and spare parts management.
- Lead maintenance technicians and ensure safe work practices.

Preferred CNC Controls: Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Haas, BFW, Jyoti, Ace, Makino or equivalent.

Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
- ITI with relevant CNC maintenance experience may also apply.
