Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Franchise Development Manager to drive franchise expansion for our retail garment business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential franchise partners, handling company-provided leads, converting prospects, and expanding the franchise network.

Local Ahmedabad candidates and immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and follow up on company-provided franchise leads.
- Identify and connect with potential franchise partners.
- Explain the company's franchise business model, investment requirements, and benefits to prospects.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective franchise partners.
- Convert qualified leads into franchise partners and achieve monthly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise prospects and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify suitable locations and franchise opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for the franchise onboarding process.
- Follow up with prospects throughout the complete sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
- Prepare regular reports on franchise development and business performance.




- Stay updated on market trends and competitor franchise models.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in Franchise Development, Business Development, Sales, or Retail Expansion.
- Experience in the garment, apparel, fashion, retail, or FMCG industry will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and convincing skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales/franchise acquisition targets.
- Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills.
- Good understanding of the local market.
- Ahmedabad/local candidates preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given priority.
