Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive to join our team at Decorpot. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in PAN India hiring, bulk hiring, and the ability to manage daily and monthly recruitment targets. Strong communication skills, skilled presentation, and the ability to handle recruitment across multiple functions such as Operations, Sales, and Design are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Operations, Sales, and Design roles.
- Achieve daily target of 8 interview schedules and meet monthly hiring goals.
- Perform bulk hiring and manage high-volume recruitment drives.
- Manage PAN India hiring across multiple locations.
- Source candidates effectively using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Conduct salary negotiations and ensure smooth closing of positions.
- Maintain proper documentation, reports,



and follow-ups with candidates.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience and represent the HR brand professionally.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Handle pressure effectively and deliver results within timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- MBA in HR or related specialization (mandatory).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (preferably in bulk & PAN India hiring).
- Strong proficiency in Naukri, LinkedIn job postings, and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve daily/monthly targets.
- Strong negotiation skills, especially in salary discussions.
- Should be well-spoken, confident, and proactive.

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
