Position Summary :

We are hiring an Operation Executive to support our US-based operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, basic accounting knowledge, advanced Excel proficiency, and hands-on experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1). The role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage operational tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage day-to-day operational tasks for US clients.

 Maintain accurate records and prepare reports using Advanced Excel.

 Handle basic accounting activities, including data reconciliation and documentation. Process and update transactions in SAP Business One (SAP B1).

 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.





 Track orders, shipments, and documentation.

 Verify invoices, maintain basic accounting records, and support payment follow-ups.

Required Skills

 Strong Operations & Coordination experience (Mandatory)

 Basic Accounting knowledge

 Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, MIS Reporting)

 Excellent English communication skills

 SAP Business One (SAP B1) preferred

 Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

 Comfortable working in the US Night Shift (7:00 PM onwards)
