Job Summary

PolicyX.com is hiring Deputy Sales Associates to guide customers in purchasing Term & Health Insurance and drive sales through consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and guide them through the insurance purchase journey.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Follow up with leads and achieve sales targets.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure excellent service.
- Follow company processes and compliance standards.

Requirements

- Graduate; MBA preferred.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented with a customer-first approach.
- Freshers can apply.
