As we expand our presence across Bengaluru, we are looking for a Commercial Area Manager to take responsibility for business activities and market development within assigned areas.

About the Role

The Commercial Area Manager will be responsible for managing and developing business opportunities within assigned areas of Bengaluru.

The role involves market development, property identification, client acquisition, relationship management, sales coordination, and area-level business growth.

This is a hands-on role suitable for freshers with an MBA/strong business interest as well as experienced candidates looking to build a career in commercial real estate.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and develop commercial real estate business within assigned areas.
- Identify potential properties, clients, investors, and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, businesses, investors, and clients.
- Conduct local market research and understand property demand, pricing, competition,



and opportunities.
- Generate and follow up on leads to develop new business.
- Coordinate property visits, client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Work closely with the sales and management teams to achieve area-wise business objectives.
- Monitor local market activities and identify opportunities for Zorba Estates to expand.
- Maintain regular reports on leads, property opportunities, client interactions, and business development.
- Take ownership of assigned area and contribute to overall company growth.

Requirements :

- MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Any Graduation with relevant skills and interest can apply.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Candidates with experience in real estate, sales, business development, property management, or client relationship management will be preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented and business-minded approach.
- Ability to independently manage assigned areas and responsibilities.
- Good knowledge of Bengaluru locations is an advantage.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
