Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Engineer will be responsible for managing the company’s digital presence, website, social media platforms, SEO activities, server-related operations, content creation, video marketing, customer communication, and implementation of new digital systems to enhance business growth and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management

- Regularly update and manage company social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp Business, and other industry-specific portals.
- Create and schedule posts related to products, solutions, projects, achievements, and company activities.
- Increase brand visibility, followers, and customer engagement through digital campaigns.

2. SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

- Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities.
- Improve company website ranking on Google and other search engines.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content.
- Monitor website traffic, SEO performance, and generate reports.

3. Website Maintenance & Upgradation

- Regular maintenance and updating of company website content.
- Add new products, services, project references, catalogs, and technical documents.
- Coordinate website improvements and implement new features as required.
- Ensure website security, speed, and proper functionality.

4. Server Operation & Maintenance

- Monitor and maintain company server operations.
- Manage email hosting, backups, domain renewals, and server security.
- Coordinate with IT service providers for troubleshooting and system improvements.

5. Graphic Designing

- Create professional graphics, banners, brochures, catalogs, product images, and promotional materials using:
- Adobe Photoshop
- CorelDRAW
- Canva or similar software
- Design digital content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.

6. Video Creation & Digital Promotion

- Develop product demonstration videos, solution videos, project videos,



and company introduction videos.
- Edit videos and upload them on YouTube and other social media platforms.
- Create technical and promotional content for customer awareness and lead generation.

7. Customer Communication & Quotation Support

- Prepare and submit quotations to customers as required.
- Coordinate with sales and technical teams for proposal preparation.
- Maintain records of customer communications and inquiries.

8. New System & Format Development

- Introduce recent digital formats, templates, reporting systems, and marketing tools within the company.
- Develop standard presentation formats, brochures, quotation templates, and digital documents.
- Implement automation tools for marketing and customer management activities.

9. Digital Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain records of digital marketing activities.
- Prepare monthly reports related to website traffic, social media performance, leads generated, and campaign effectiveness.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and Digital Marketing.
- Experience in social media management.
- Website management and basic server knowledge.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Canva, and video editing software.
- Knowledge of WordPress or website CMS platforms.
- Basic understanding of email hosting, domains, and server operations.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office, quotations, and documentation.

Qualification:

- B.E./B.Tech (IT/Computer Science/Electronics) / BCA / MCA / Diploma in Digital Marketing.
- 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Website Management, and Content Development.

Preferred Industry Experience:

Industrial Automation, Electrical Products, Motors, Drives, Control Panels, Engineering Solutions, EPC Projects, and Industrial Equipment Marketing.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
