About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Manager – Accounts & Finance to take ownership of the accounting and financial reporting function for the India entity, while also managing accounting and compliance responsibilities for international entities.

The role involves end-to-end ownership of accounting operations, financial controls, reconciliations, taxation, statutory compliance, MIS reporting, audits, cash flow management and team supervision. The ideal candidate has strong accounting fundamentals, the ability to analyse financial data, identify gaps, improve processes and confidently present financial insights to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Management

Full ownership of accounting for the India entity, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and on time. Reviews and approves transactions based on budgeted vs actuals, ensures adherence to SOPs and maintains strong control over sales, purchase and expense accounting. Owns daily bank reconciliations, resolves discrepancies, monitors receivables and drives timely follow-ups through system-based reminders. Prepares weekly AR/AP ageing reports and cash flow statements, reviews stock reconciliations and ensures smooth, timely monthly closing of accounts.

Partner Accounts & Reconciliation

Manages monthly partner account calculations and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy in partner-level financial balances. Resolves discrepancies in coordination with relevant stakeholders, ensuring timely closure of partner accounts and clarity across all partner relationships.

MIS & Management Reporting

Prepares and presents consolidated monthly MIS reports across all relevant entities, including entity-wise and partner-wise profitability analysis, financial performance review, variance analysis and identification of key risks and business trends and final reports with insights are presented to management . All reporting is accurate,



structured and decision-oriented.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance

Oversees all statutory compliance activities including GST, TDS and other applicable tax requirements. Ensures timely and accurate filing of returns, reviews tax workings, coordinates with external consultants and ensures full regulatory compliance. Identifies compliance risks and ensures timely corrective action.

Audit Management

Manages internal, statutory and transfer pricing audits, including preparation of audit schedules, coordination with auditors, and timely resolution of audit queries. Ensures implementation of audit recommendations and maintains strong financial discipline to minimise audit observations and enable smooth closures.

Team Management & Leadership

Leads and supervises the Accounts team, allocating responsibilities and ensuring timely completion of deliverables. Reviews team outputs, guides members on accounting, taxation, and reporting processes, and ensures accuracy in reconciliations and documentation. Trains team members, reduces recurring errors and builds a culture of accountability, accuracy, and ownership.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

- Solid hands-on experience in end-to-end accounting and financial management
- Great business acumen and know-how
- Deep understanding of GST, TDS, corporate tax and statutory compliance
- Experience in MIS preparation, financial analysis and management reporting
- Proven experience handling audits (internal, statutory and tax audits)
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow and reconciliations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with business understanding
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior management interaction
- High attention to detail, ownership mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities

Qualifications

- Graduate degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (mandatory)
- 7 - 10 years of experience

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
