Position: Product Manager – Technology & Product

CTC: Up to 10 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate technology products, application support, and product enhancements.
- Own coordination with Synoriq, IT teams, and external vendors for system issues, developments, and enhancements.
- Gather business requirements, prepare functional requirements, and coordinate with technology teams for implementation.
- Manage projects through the SDLC, including requirement gathering, testing, UAT, implementation, and post-implementation support.
- Track system issues, enhancements, and project deliverables to ensure timely closure.
- Identify opportunities for process automation, system improvement, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate user training and support teams during new feature/product implementations.
- Prepare and monitor MIS, dashboards, reports, and project status updates.
- Work closely with Product, Business, Operations, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.




- Manage multiple priorities and ensure timely delivery of technology and product initiatives.

Key Requirements:

- Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in Product Management, Technology Management, Business Analysis, IT Project Management, or Application Management.
- Valuable understanding of SDLC, requirement gathering, testing, implementation, and system enhancements.
- Experience in coordinating with technology teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, MIS, and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective technology/product solutions.
- Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Experience in Fintech/NBFC/Banking will be preferred.
