The Sprout Media is looking for a Video Editor to join our team and create engaging, high-quality short-form video content for our clients.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media content, especially Instagram Reels, and be able to consistently deliver quality edits within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit short-form content for Instagram and other social media platforms
- Create engaging edits with strong pacing, storytelling, cuts, transitions, captions, music, and sound effects
- Follow creative briefs, references, scripts, and brand guidelines
- Make revisions based on feedback
- Maintain consistency in editing quality across different client projects
- Properly organize project files and exported videos
- Complete assigned edits within daily deadlines
- Coordinate with the team regarding projects, revisions, and requirements

Required Skills

- Positive knowledge of short-form video editing
- Strong understanding of cuts, pacing, transitions, and storytelling




- Familiarity with Instagram Reels and current social media editing trends
- Ability to work efficiently under deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Ability to understand and implement feedback
- Good communication and teamwork skills

Required Software

Must be proficient in at least one:

- Adobe Premiere Pro
- CapCut

Preferred but not mandatory:

- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Photoshop

Requirements

- Personal laptop capable of handling video editing
- Relevant editing portfolio or sample work
- Ability to work from our office in Nashik
- Willingness to work Monday to Saturday
- Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is reliable, creative, detail-oriented, and consistent. The ability to maintain both speed and quality is important for this role.
