Job Overview

We are looking for an E-Commerce Intern who is interested in learning and working on real-world e-commerce operations. The intern will assist the team with website, product listings, online platforms, customer enquiries, and day-to-day e-commerce activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing and updating product listings on e-commerce platforms.
- Add and update product descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, and other details.
- Assist with website and online store management.
- Monitor product listings and ensure information is accurate and up to date.
- Handle and maintain records of online enquiries and leads.
- Assist with order, inventory, and product data management.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research.
- Assist in preparing e-commerce reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for online requirements.
- Support basic product content and catalogue optimisation.
- Perform regular checks of online listings and report any issues.




- Assist with other e-commerce-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements

- Graduate or pursuing graduation in BBA, B.Com, MBA, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, IT, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce and online platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, or similar platforms will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Internship Details

Duration: 6 Months
Working Days: Monday to Friday + Saturday (Half Day)

Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month
