Role: Senior Workday Engineer HCM
Location: Mexico & Canada – Remote
Experience: 3–5 Years

We are looking for a skilled Workday Engineer with robust hands-on experience in Workday HCM, integrations, EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, security, reporting, XSLT, and integration troubleshooting.

Key Skills & Requirements
3–5 years of experience with Workday HCM
Strong understanding of Workday concepts and HCM functionality
Experience with at least one end-to-end Workday HCM implementation
Hands-on experience with Integrations, Calculated Fields, Security, and Migrations
Strong knowledge of:
EIB – Inbound & Outbound
Core Connector – Worker
Core Connector – Benefits
Workday Studio
Navigations & Search
Security & Reports
Integration Scheduling & Monitoring
Good understanding and hands-on experience with XSLT
Experience with ISU, ISSG, integration scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting
Solid coding, testing, implementation, debugging, and documentation skills
Ability to understand PBO/RBO relationships and Calculated Fields
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills




Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in diverse, multinational, and multi-vendor environments

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Workday HCM integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, and Core Connectors
Build inbound and outbound integrations and support integration migrations
Configure and work with Organizations, Navigations, Security, Reports, and Calculated Fields
Analyze AS-IS and TO-BE business processes and translate requirements into technical solutions
Prepare technical documentation and test cases
Develop, test, debug, implement, and troubleshoot Workday integrations
Monitor integration schedules and proactively resolve integration issues
Collaborate with business users and cross-functional application teams
Support Team Leads and Project Managers by analyzing current systems and program requirements
Ensure deliverables meet defined project timelines and quality standards
