Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting functions for multiple clients, ensuring proper bookkeeping, and supporting the firm in audit and compliance assignments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting entries and working knowledge of Tally.

Key Responsibilities

- Passing accounting entries in Tally (Sales, Purchase, Receipt, Payment, Journal)
- Maintaining books of accounts for multiple clients
- Performing bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
- Handling accounts payable and receivable
- Assisting in GST data preparation, reconciliation, and workings
- Supporting audit assignments (including verification of vouchers and documents)
- Maintaining proper documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes
- Coordinating with clients for data, documents, and clarifications
- Assisting seniors in preparation of financial statements and reports




- Ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely execution of work

Required Qualifications & Skills

- B.Com or equivalent qualification
- 1–3 years of practical experience in accounting/bookkeeping
- Proficiency in Tally
- Basic knowledge of GST and accounting standards
- Working knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, basic formulas, reconciliation)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines

Preferred Profile

- Experience in a CA firm will be an added advantage
- Basic understanding of audit processes
- Valuable communication skills for client coordination
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
