Job Summary
We are seeking a Merchandiser to coordinate garment orders from costing and sampling through production follow-up and shipment. The role involves coordinating with buyers and internal teams to ensure orders are completed on time and meet quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with buyers on order specifications, samples and approvals.
- Prepare costing sheets and follow up on order confirmations.
- Track order status from sampling through production to shipment.
- Liaise with production, quality and logistics teams to meet delivery timelines.
- Follow up on fabric and trim sourcing for approved orders.
- Maintain order files, buyer communication records and shipment documents.
- Address buyer queries and resolve order-related issues promptly.
Requirements
- Graduate/Diploma in Textile, Fashion or Apparel Merchandising.
- 2–6 years of experience in garment/textile merchandising or export order coordination.
- Good understanding of fabrics, trims and garment construction.
- Strong follow-up, coordination and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication.
- Positive spoken and written English.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
