Job Brief

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Banquet Sales Manager to lead our event booking operations. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue by securing corporate and social event bookings, managing client relationships, and overseeing the event planning process from inquiry to execution.Core Responsibilities

- Revenue Generation: Proactively source, pitch, and close sales leads for corporate meetings, weddings, and social galas.
- Client Management: Conduct site tours, negotiate pricing, customize packages, and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Event Coordination: Author detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and lead weekly BEO review meetings with food, beverage, and operations teams.
- Market Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans, monitor competitor pricing, and identify new market trends.
- Financial Management: Prepare sales forecasts,



manage budgets, process contracts, and ensure timely collection of deposits.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 3 to 5+ years of proven experience in hotel sales, catering sales, or event management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills: Advanced negotiation, strong pipeline management, excellent verbal/written communication, and proficiency with CRM/Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi).
- Availability: Versatile schedule, including weekends and evenings, to oversee key events.

Pay: ₹25,621.75 - ₹47,047.93 per month
