# Job Description – Finance Executive
**Company:** Consortium eLearning Network Pvt. Ltd.
**Position:** Finance Executive – Finance & Business Finance
**Location:** A-Block, Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh
**Experience:** 2–4 Years
**Qualification:** **MBA in Finance – Mandatory**
**Salary:** ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month

## About the Role
Consortium eLearning Network Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a **Finance Executive** who can handle and support the company's overall finance function beyond routine accounting activities.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of **P&L;, MIS, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, profitability, cost analysis and financial planning** and should be capable of converting financial data into meaningful business insights for management.
This is **not a purely Accounts Executive role**. The candidate will work closely with management and different departments to monitor the company's financial performance, identify financial requirements, control costs and support business decisions.
## Key Responsibilities
1. P&L; & Financial Analysis
* Prepare and analyse monthly Profit & Loss statements.
* Analyse revenue, gross margin, operating expenses and net profitability.
* Identify major changes and deviations in financial performance.
* Analyse **Actual vs Budget vs Previous Period** performance.
* Highlight areas of cost leakage and opportunities for profitability improvement.
* Provide meaningful financial insights to management.
2. MIS & Management Reporting
* Prepare monthly/weekly MIS reports for management.
* Track key financial and business performance indicators.
* Prepare revenue, expense, margin, collection and profitability reports.
* Develop dashboards/reports using MS Excel.
* Ensure reports are accurate, timely and useful for decision-making.
3. Budgeting & Forecasting
* Assist in preparation of annual budgets.
* Prepare department-wise / business-wise financial projections.
* Monitor actual performance against budget.
* Conduct variance analysis and identify reasons for deviations.
* Support monthly/quarterly financial forecasting.
* Help management understand future financial requirements.
4. Cash Flow & Working Capital
* Prepare and monitor cash-flow projections.
* Track inflows, outflows and upcoming payment requirements.
* Monitor receivables, payables and working capital.
* Identify potential cash-flow gaps in advance.
* Support management in planning funds and payment priorities.
5. Cost & Expense Control
* Monitor company expenses and major cost heads.
* Analyse unnecessary or abnormal expenses.
* Support cost-control initiatives.
* Compare actual costs with budgets and previous periods.
* Provide recommendations to improve cost efficiency.
6. Business Finance Support
* Work with Sales, Operations, Procurement and other departments to understand financial impact.
* Analyse profitability of products/services/projects/business activities.
* Support pricing and margin-related decisions wherever required.
* Evaluate the financial impact of new business requirements.
* Assist management in financial planning and decision-making.
7. Accounts & Compliance Coordination
* Have a good understanding of accounting processes and financial statements.
* Coordinate with the Accounts team for accurate financial data.
* Review reconciliations and outstanding receivables/payables.
* Working knowledge of **GST, TDS and basic taxation**.
* Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks and other financial stakeholders as required.
* Support internal and statutory audit requirements.
8. Financial Planning & Future Requirements
* Understand the company's current and future financial requirements.
* Prepare financial projections based on business plans.
* Identify potential funding/cash-flow requirements in advance.
* Assist management in planning for future expenses, investments and business expansion.

* Good communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work independently and take ownership
## Eligibility Criteria
* **MBA in Finance – Mandatory**
* 2–4 years of relevant Finance experience
* Practical exposure to **P&L;, MIS, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and financial analysis**
* Strong MS Excel skills
* Good understanding of financial statements
* Ability to analyse numbers and explain the reasons behind financial changes
* Strong business and analytical approach
The candidate should be able to **prepare the numbers, analyse them, identify the issue and provide useful financial inputs to management.**

**Important:** This position is focused on **Finance + Business Finance + Financial Analysis**, with accounting/compliance coordination as part of the role. It is not intended to be a routine Accounts Executive position.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
