Job Description – Purchase Executive

Company: Trivoid Electronics Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Sector-64, Noida

Industry: Electronics & ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) Products

Experience Required: 3–6 years (Preferred: international/import purchasing experience)

Key Responsibilities

- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with domestic and international suppliers/vendors for electronic components, raw materials, and ESD products.
- Handle end-to-end procurement process — RFQ, price negotiation, PO creation, order follow-up, and timely delivery.
- Search, identify, and shortlist new vendors/suppliers through IndiaMART and other B2B sourcing portals.
- Manage inquiries, quotations, and vendor communication over IndiaMART; respond to buy leads and compare vendor quotes on the portal.
- Manage import purchase activities including coordination with freight forwarders, customs clearing agents, and logistics partners.
- Prepare and process import documentation (Proforma Invoice, Bill of Lading, LC/TT payments, Bill of Entry, etc.).
- Monitor and ensure compliance with import-export regulations, customs duties,



and documentation requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and recent suppliers (domestic & overseas).
- Conduct vendor evaluation, benchmarking, and periodic performance reviews.
- Track market trends, pricing fluctuations, and currency exchange impact on procurement costs.
- Coordinate with stores, quality, and production teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor database, and MIS reports (purchase orders, pending deliveries, cost analysis).
- Negotiate payment terms, credit periods, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternate sourcing options without compromising quality.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
