Care 4 U is Kottayam's trusted elder care support service. We provide professional, compassionate care to senior citizens — including transportation, companionship, health support and daily assistance. Our clients are primarily NRI families in the Gulf, UK, Canada and USA who depend on us to care for their elderly parents back home in Kerala.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a driven and organised Operations Manager to be the backbone of our growing elder care service. This is a hands-on leadership role — you will own daily operations, lead our care team, and ensure every client and NRI family receives an exceptional experience. The role involves field visits, client meetings and travel within Kottayam and surrounding areas.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Onboard new clients and manage the intake process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and NRI families abroad
- Oversee and support our field social workers and driver
- Plan and manage all client visit schedules
- Ensure WhatsApp updates are sent to families after every visit
- Maintain accurate visit logs, case notes and monthly reports
- Handle client queries, concerns and complaints professionally
- Attend meet and greet sessions and company field activities
- Act as first point of contact for any client health concerns or emergencies
- Report daily updates to the founder / director

REQUIREMENTS

✅ Graduate degree — MSW,



healthcare management or related field preferred

✅ Strong organisational and time management skills

✅ Excellent communication in Malayalam — English an advantage

✅ Comfortable using WhatsApp Business for client communication

✅ Valid driving licence — travel within Kottayam area required

✅ Empathetic and skilled attitude toward elderly clients

✅ Willing to complete police verification before joining

Preferred:

- Prior experience in elder care, healthcare or social services
- Experience managing a small team
- Familiarity with case documentation and report writing
