Site Supervisor – Job Description Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and workers. Allocate tasks to workers and monitor their progress. Ensure construction work follows drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Maintain daily site records, attendance, material usage, and progress reports. Identify and resolve site-related issues and delays. Check materials and equipment delivered to the site. Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment. Monitor project progress and report updates to the Project Manager/Engineer. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working setting.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
