Job Purpose

Store Execuitve will be responsible for receiving, checking, storing, issuing, and handling raw materials required for diaper production. The person will ensure that the correct materials are available to the production department on time while maintaining proper stock records, cleanliness, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive raw materials from suppliers and verify quantity and physical condition.
- Assist in unloading and proper storage of raw materials.
- Arrange and store materials in designated locations.
- Identify and label different raw materials properly.
- Supply raw materials to the production department as per production requirements.
- Ensure the correct material, quantity, and batch is issued to production.
- Maintain records of inward, outward, and available raw material stock.
- Coordinate with the Store, Purchase, Production, and Quality departments.
- Monitor material shortages and inform the concerned supervisor or management in advance.
- Follow FIFO practices for material usage wherever applicable.
- Handle materials carefully to prevent damage, contamination, or wastage.




- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the raw material storage area.
- Assist in physical stock verification and inventory counting.
- Report damaged, expired, rejected, or excess materials immediately.
- Follow company safety procedures while handling and moving materials.
- Assist with loading, unloading, shifting, and movement of materials within the factory.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate or equivalent preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Documentation.
- Experience in factory, warehouse, store, or material handling will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of stock and inventory.
- Physically capable of handling and moving materials safely.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain records.
- Basic knowledge of FIFO and material identification preferred.
- Honest, disciplined, responsible, and safety-conscious.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kadi, Gujarat (Kadi): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

- English, Hindi & Gujarati (Required)
