Accounting Manager (CA Semi-Qualified / Experienced)
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Role Overview
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Accounting Manager to oversee the firm’s accounting and statutory compliance functions. This role primarily involves reviewing and supervising work prepared by the internal team, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of all statutory matters. The position requires strong ownership, coordination with clients and departments, and overall supervision of office operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Review GST, Income Tax, ROC, and MCA compliance work prepared by staff before submission/filing
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and statutory compliance across all assignments
- Monitor compliance calendars and ensure all deadlines are met
- Guide and supervise junior staff in accounting and compliance matters
- Coordinate with clients for clarifications, documentation, and updates
- Handle departmental communications and visits where required
- Oversee documentation, records, and filing systems maintained by the team
- Allocate and track work among employees to ensure timely completion
- Support management in day-to-day office operations and compliance planning

Requirements

- CA Semi-Qualified (IPCC/Inter completed)



OR relevant practical experience in a CA/Accounting firm
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in GST, Income Tax, and ROC/MCA compliance environment
- Solid review and supervision capability in statutory filings and documentation
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
- Good communication skills for client and team coordination
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and dependable work approach

Compensation
₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and capability)
