We are looking for enthusiastic and confident individuals to join our team as Telecalling Executives.

Job Role

As a Telecalling Executive, you will be responsible for speaking with potential customers, understanding their loan requirements and assisting them with suitable loan options.

Key Responsibilities

- Make calls to potential customers from provided leads.
- Understand the customer's loan requirement and basic profile.
- Explain relevant loan options and eligibility requirements.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Assist customers in providing the required information and documents.
- Maintain proper records of calls and customer follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the internal team for further processing.
- Work towards achieving daily and monthly targets.

- Good communication skills and confidence while speaking on calls.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi, English or regional languages is an advantage.

Salary & Incentives

₹7,500 per month + performance-based incentives

Additional incentives can be earned based on performance and successful conversions.
