Aerostar Edtech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and skilled Photographer & Video Editor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality photographs and videos and transforming them into engaging visual content for social media, marketing campaigns, educational initiatives, events, and company branding.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for composition, lighting, storytelling, and visual aesthetics, along with hands-on experience in photography, videography, and qualified video editing.

Key ResponsibilitiesPhotography

- Capture high-quality photographs for educational programs, events, workshops, seminars, student activities, campaigns, and corporate requirements.
- Conduct indoor and outdoor photography shoots.
- Set up cameras, lighting, backgrounds, and other photography equipment.
- Capture candid, portrait, event, product, and promotional photographs.
- Select, retouch, colour-correct, and enhance photographs for professional use.
- Maintain consistency in photography style according to the company's brand identity.

Videography

- Shoot high-quality videos for social media, YouTube, promotional campaigns, educational content, events, interviews, and company activities.
- Plan shots, framing, camera angles, lighting, and audio before and during shoots.
- Handle cameras, tripods, microphones, lights, gimbals, and other production equipment.
- Capture interviews, testimonials, presentations, classroom activities, events, and behind-the-scenes content.




- Ensure good-quality footage, lighting, composition, and sound during shoots.

Video Editing

- Edit raw footage into engaging and skilled videos for different platforms.
- Create Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, educational videos, event highlights, interviews, and long-form content.
- Add appropriate cuts, transitions, subtitles, music, sound effects, graphics, and motion elements.
- Perform colour correction and basic colour grading.
- Clean and synchronise audio, voiceovers, music, and sound effects.
- Create thumbnails and other visual assets when required.
- Resize and export videos according to the requirements of different social-media platforms.
- Make revisions based on feedback from the marketing and management teams.
- Organise and maintain raw footage, project files, photographs, and final deliverables.

Creative & Team Collaboration

- Work closely with the Marketing, Social Media, Content, and Academic teams to understand content requirements.
- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, reels, advertisements, and educational content.
- Stay updated with current social-media trends, video formats, editing styles, and content trends.
- Ensure all visual content reflects Aerostar Edtech's brand image and communication standards.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver content within agreed deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
