Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Analyst who can analyze business data, prepare reports, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance reports.
- Analyze sales, revenue, operational, and business performance data.
- Identify trends, patterns, gaps, and opportunities.
- Work with different teams to understand data requirements.
- Maintain data accuracy and ensure timely reporting.
- Present key findings and insights to management.
- Support business teams with data-driven recommendations.
- Track team productivity, sales, targets, attendance, and KPIs.
- Monitor day-to-day team performance and operational activities.




- Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks and targets are completed on time.
- Allocate work and follow up on pending activities.
- Identify performance gaps and operational issues and report them to management.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, etc.).
- Basic to good knowledge of SQL.
- Knowledge of Power BI/Tableau is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,024.18 - ₹20,077.92 per month
