We are looking for a Process Coordinator Intern to assist in coordinating our interior design projects and maintaining smooth communication between the Design Team, Clients, Vendors, Site Team and Management.

Key Responsibilities

- Track ongoing projects, tasks and deadlines.
- Coordinate with designers, clients, vendors and site teams.
- Follow up on pending drawings, approvals, quotations and deliverables.
- Maintain project trackers, MIS and documentation.
- Schedule meetings and maintain meeting/action-point records.
- Assist with client and vendor coordination.
- Identify delays or pending tasks and escalate them.
- Assist in improving internal processes, checklists and systems.

Requirements

- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Organized,



proactive and detail-oriented.
- Good follow-up and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership.
- Interior Design / Architecture / BBA / BMS / Operations students or freshers preferred.
