Job Description – Housekeeping Staff

Hotel: Hotel Opulence Kalinga, Patia

Position: Housekeeping Staff / Attendant

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and maintain guest rooms, washrooms, corridors, and common areas.
- Ensure rooms are properly arranged and ready for guest check-in.
- Change bed linen, towels, and replenish room amenities.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards as per hotel SOP.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or guest requirements to the supervisor.
- Handle cleaning equipment and housekeeping materials properly.
- Support the housekeeping team during busy periods, events, and guest requirements.
- Follow hotel safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.

Requirements

- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping preferred; freshers can also apply.
- Positive communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to work in shifts.
- Physically fit and attentive to cleanliness and guest service.

Location: Hotel Opulence Kalinga, Patia, Bhubaneswar
