Experience Required: 3–4 years (Yercaud project experience preferred)

Support site execution and supervision for the Yercaud project, ensuring quality construction as per approved plans and timelines.

Key Responsibilities





● Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the Yercaud project site.

● Coordinate with contractors, labour, and material suppliers for smooth execution.

● Ensure work progresses as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

● Maintain site records, progress reports, and documentation.

● Ensure adherence to safety norms and statutory requirements on site.

● Report site progress and issues to the reporting manager.

Requirements

● B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

● 3–4 years of relevant site engineering experience, preferably in hill/terrain project locations such as Yercaud.

● Willingness to be based at or travel to the Yercaud site.

● Valuable coordination and problem-solving skills.
