We are urgently hiring for the position of Digital Marketing Specialist (Performance Marketing) at our Pitampura office.

Job Details:

Salary:Upto 35k (based on experience & interview performance)

Experience Required: 1–3 years (experience specifically in Performance Marketing is required)

Eligibility Criteria:

- Plan, create and manage Google Ads campaigns

- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis

- Write persuasive ad copy and optimise landing pages

- Monitor campaign performance and budgets on a daily basis

- Improve CTR, CPC, conversion rate and ROAS

- Implement conversion tracking via Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads conversion tracking

- Design and execute A/B tests for ads and landing pages

- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

- Optimise bids, targeting, audiences and remarketing campaigns

- Stay informed of Google Ads policies and current industry trends
