The Modification Engineer is responsible for planning, designing, reviewing, and implementing civil modifications to existing flats. The role ensures that all customer modification requests and specifications are incorporated, designed, quantified, and billed.
Skills
1. Good communication skills.
2. Hands-on experience with CAD and relevant software tools.
Key Responsibilities
1. Review client requirements and prepare modification plans.
2. Develop detailed drawings for execution.
3. Perform quantification, cost estimation, and prepare quotations for modification requests.
4. Coordinate with civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and architectural teams.
5. Monitor construction activities to ensure modifications are executed as per the approved drawings.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
