A dynamic sales professional looking to make an impact in the surgical device industry. Mediserve is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team in Delhi NCR. In this role, you will be posted as Medical Representatives and driving sales growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
- Conduct regular field visits to doctors and monitor procurement and sales.
- Build strong relationships with key healthcare professionals and stakeholders to enhance brand awareness.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend sales strategies.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2-5 years of proven experience in any medical sales field,



with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage a sales team.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
