Job Summary:
Responsible for independently managing the Physiotherapy Department, handling both IP and OP patients, and leading the physiotherapy team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day Physiotherapy Department operations for IP & OP services.
- Assess patients and provide appropriate physiotherapy and rehabilitation plans.
- Handle orthopedic cases, post-operative rehabilitation, joint replacements, fractures and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Lead, supervise, and allocate duties to the physiotherapy team.
- Coordinate with Orthopedic Consultants and other clinical teams.
- Monitor patient progress, documentation, and treatment quality.
- Ensure departmental discipline, productivity, equipment availability, and adherence to clinical protocols.
- Conduct team training and support continuous improvement.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with Orthopedic Physiotherapy experience and team-handling/department management experience will be given first preference.
