About the role
Shivi Makeup Academy is looking for an Academy Assistant & Admission Counsellor for our makeup academy in Indiranagar, Bengaluru. This is a part-time, in-person role suitable for freshers as well as candidates with prior experience.

Key responsibilities:

- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the makeup academy.
- Arrange makeup products, tools and other materials required for student practical sessions and organise them after the sessions.
- Assist students with basic academy-related requirements.
- Help keep the academy organised and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Handle calls and WhatsApp enquiries from students interested in our makeup courses.
- Explain course details, fees, timings and upcoming batches to prospective students. Training will be provided.
- Maintain basic enquiry, follow-up and administrative records.

Candidate requirements:

- Must be able to communicate comfortably in Kannada.
- Basic Hindi and English communication would be an advantage.




- Positive communication skills and confidence in speaking with prospective students over phone and WhatsApp.
- Responsible, organised and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Comfortable assisting with both student enquiries and day-to-day academy work.
- Must be able to commute daily to Indiranagar, Bengaluru.
- Freshers can apply.
- Prior experience in an education institute, academy, customer service, counselling, front desk, telecalling or sales would be an advantage.

Work location:
Shivi Makeup Academy, Indiranagar, Bengaluru, near Indiranagar Metro Station.

Available shifts:
Morning: 9:15 AM to 3:15 PM
Evening: 3:30 PM to 9:30 PM

Number of openings: 2

This is a permanent, part-time, in-office position.

Performance-based incentives for candidates who contribute strongly

Pay: ₹11,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
