We are looking for eligible staffs from Calicut to generate qualified business opportunities through effective lead follow-up, prospect engagement, meeting coordination, and conversion support while maintaining strong sales process discipline and customer relationships.

1. Lead Management & Follow-Up

· Contact assigned leads on time as per company process and timelines.

· Ensure regular follow-up through calls, WhatsApp, reminders, and messages.

· Maintain proper follow-up discipline without missing leads.

2. Prospect Engagement & Meeting Fixing

· Understand prospect requirements and explain relevant company offerings clearly.

· Create interest and fix qualified discovery meetings.

· Coordinate meeting schedules and ensure prospect attendance.

3. Sales & Conversion Support

· Support conversion of prospects into clients through continuous engagement.

· Promote approved workshops, events, audits,



and entry-level offerings.

· Handle basic objections and communicate value effectively.

4. CRM Management & Reporting

· Update CRM accurately with lead status, follow-ups, meeting updates, and conversion stages.

· Maintain proper lead records and activity tracking.

· Submit daily and weekly performance reports on time.

5. Coordination & Process Discipline

· Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead handling and meeting management.

· Follow company sales processes, communication standards, and reporting systems.

· Support continuous improvement in lead conversion and customer engagement.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
