Job Summary

The Teamcenter PLM Lead will be responsible for leading Application Management Services AMS for Siemens Teamcenter ensuring system stability performance and continuous improvement The role requires independent leadership of the PLM team active engagement with customer stakeholders and alignment of PLM initiatives with the customers IT roadmap while ensuring SLAdriven delivery and operational excellence

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the PLM AMS team ensuring quality delivery adherence to SLAsKPIs and overall service excellence

Act as the primary point of contact for the customer leading all PLM meetings governance calls and escalation handling

Collaborate closely with the customers IT and business teams to align PLM strategies with their roadmap and transformation initiatives

Own endtoend AMS activities including incident problem and change management ensuring compliance with ITIL practices

Drive continuous improvement initiatives system optimization and process standardization within the PLM workplace

Lead and execute Teamcenter upgrade and migration projects ensuring minimal downtime data integrity and successful deployment

Oversee release management enhancements and system performance monitoring

Ensure proper documentation knowledge management and adherence to best practices across the team

Provide technical leadership mentor team members and guide solution design and delivery

MustHave Skills Experience

Strong experience with Siemens Teamcenter PLM in AMSsupport environments





Proven leadership experience in managing teams and handling customer engagements independently

Handson expertise in

Teamcenter ITK customization

Active Workspace AWC customization and configuration

SOAbased development and integration

BMIDE workflows and data model configuration

Experience in Teamcenter upgrades and data migration activities

Strong understanding of PLM processes data management and system architecture

Experience in incident problem and change management within ITILbased AMS environments

Excellent stakeholder management communication and problemsolving skills

GoodtoHave Skills

Experience with CAD and ERP integrations eg NX SAP

Exposure to Teamcenter architecture 2tier4tier and system administration

Knowledge of DevOps Agile or release management practices

Experience working in global delivery and multivendor environments

Certifications in Teamcenter or ITIL
