- Maintain, inspect, and repair HVAC systems, air conditioners, chillers, AHUs, and ventilation systems.
- Attend to daily guest room, restaurant, kitchen, and public area HVAC requirements.
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Monitor temperature, pressure, and system performance.
- Identify and rectify HVAC faults promptly to minimize downtime.
- Maintain proper records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Follow safety, hygiene, and hotel engineering standards.
- Coordinate with other engineering team members during maintenance work.
- Respond quickly to guest and departmental complaints related to HVAC systems.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Engineering Manager/HOD.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
