Title: Senior Executive – Marketing / Associate Manager – Marketing
Experience: 3–5 Years
Location: Vadodara

About the Role

We at Rishabh Software are looking for a hands-on marketing qualified to be the connective link between our marketing and sales teams. You'll own sales enablement (decks, pitch collateral, case studies), manage our in-house design function, lead media management and partnership programs, and work closely with the Marketing Head on campaign planning and social media strategy.

We're looking for a strong storyteller and project manager who treats AI tools as core to how they work - for content creation, research, and design - not as an optional add-on.

What You'll Do

- Own the creation and upkeep of sales collateral: pitch decks, capability decks, case studies, one-pagers, proposal templates, and RFP support material
- Set and maintain visual and brand standards across all outward-facing material
- Manage and mentor in-house designers, prioritizing their workload across sales, marketing, and brand requests
- Own the social media strategy and calendar
- Actively use AI to speed up content drafting, market/tech research, and design iteration




- Champion AI-assisted workflows across the wider marketing team to improve output speed without compromising quality
- Identify and drive participation in relevant business awards
- Own and manage partnership/marketplace relationships (e.g., Microsoft, AWS)
- Will be responsible for various GTM/Programs/Initiatives in line with business goals
- Participate in campaigns such as promotional events, and customer engagement initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

- 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within IT services, SaaS, or technology consulting
- Demonstrated experience creating sales collateral and working directly with sales teams
- Strong writing and storytelling skills — able to translate technical delivery work into clear business outcomes
- Hands-on, demonstrable experience using AI tools within a marketing workflow
- Experience with LinkedIn as a B2B channel — organic content and/or thought leadership programs
- Familiarity with CRM/marketing tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus
- Experience running ABM (account-based marketing) campaigns
- Prior experience at a company selling across multiple industry verticals or service lines
