Role Overview

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Store Supervisor to oversee warehouse storage, stock management, and material dispatch operations. You will be responsible for tracking raw materials and finished lubricant goods, managing stock movements, ensuring accurate inventory records, and maintaining safety protocols across the warehouse floor.

Key Responsibilities

- Inventory Management: Track all incoming raw materials, packaging supplies (drums, bottles, cartons), and finished lubricant products; maintain real-time inventory records in ERP/Tally.
- Dispatch & Inward Operations: Supervise loading/unloading, inspect incoming goods for quality/quantity compliance against purchase orders, and coordinate daily dispatches with the logistics team.
- Warehouse Organization: Enforce 5S methodology, optimal space utilization, and safe stacking practices for packaged oils, barrels, and bulk containers.
- Stock Audits: Conduct routine physical stock counts, reconcile actual inventory against system records, and resolve stock discrepancies promptly.
- Documentation & Compliance:



Ensure accurate generation and filing of Delivery Challans, Invoices, Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and Material Issue Slips.
- Team Supervision: Oversee warehouse helpers, loaders, and forklift operators, allocating tasks efficiently to meet daily shipment deadlines.
- Safety & Hazard Standards: Ensure strict adherence to chemical/oil storage safety rules, spill prevention, and fire safety regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience as a Store Keeper, Warehouse Supervisor, or Inventory In-charge (experience in lubricants, petrochemicals, chemicals, paints, or manufacturing is strongly preferred).
- Education: Graduate in any discipline / Diploma in Materials Management or Supply Chain.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software (ERP, SAP, or Tally).
- Skills: Strong leadership, verbal communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
