About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to design and execute functional, modern, and aesthetically appealing office spaces. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, developing design concepts, preparing drawings, coordinating with vendors/contractors, and ensuring timely execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements, space utilization needs, and design preferences.
- Develop interior design concepts, layouts, mood boards, and space plans for office spaces.
- Prepare detailed 2D layouts, working drawings, furniture layouts, and elevation drawings.
- Create 3D views/renders and design presentations for client approvals.
- Select appropriate materials, furniture, lighting, colors, finishes, and décor elements.
- Coordinate with architects, civil contractors, MEP consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits and monitor design implementation as per approved drawings.
- Ensure designs are practical, within budget, and aligned with project timelines.
- Prepare material specifications, BOQs, and assist with cost estimation where required.
- Review samples and ensure quality of materials and finishes.
- Resolve design and execution-related issues at the site.
- Maintain project documentation and incorporate client feedback and revisions.




- Stay updated with current office design trends, materials, furniture solutions, and workplace planning concepts.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of commercial/office interior design and space planning.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or similar tools.
- Good understanding of furniture, lighting, flooring, false ceiling, partitions, finishes, and materials.
- Ability to read and prepare technical drawings.
- Strong visualization and presentation skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

Qualification

- Bachelor's/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in office, commercial, corporate, or workspace interiors will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate

The ideal candidate should be creative, technically sound, organized, and comfortable coordinating between clients, design teams, vendors, and site teams. Candidates with a strong portfolio of completed office/commercial interior projects will be preferred.
