Job Summary:

We are urgently hiring enthusiastic and target-oriented candidates for the position of Business Development Executive / Business Development Manager. The role involves generating leads, building institutional tie-ups, conducting presentations, and achieving sales targets in the education and training sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits and networking.
- Visit colleges, universities, and institutes for partnerships and collaborations.
- Conduct presentations and seminars to promote industrial training and professional courses.
- Generate and convert leads into admissions/business closures.
- Build strong professional relationships with HODs, placement officers, and decision-makers.




- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain follow-ups and update records regularly.
- Travel within assigned territories as required.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
- Graduation in any stream (MBA in Marketing preferred for BDM role)
- Valuable English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong presentation, convincing, and negotiation abilities
- Target-driven and self-motivated personality
- Willingness to travel for field work
- Must have car driving skills (valid driving license preferred)
