MR Health Care Private Limited is hiring for a virtual medical assistant to help medical offices based in USA.

Job Duties:

Medical assistant has to anwser phone calls virtually between 8 am to 5 pm CST. You will be responsible for making new patient appointments, filing labs, obtaining prior authorization for medical procedures. You need to have experience with talking to patients, understanding American accent. Need a good knowledge base of common medical problems, medications and dosages. Experience in the US health care system is needed.

You will be required to work night shifts.

Work hours will be from 8 AM to 5 PM CST(Central Standard Time) which will be 6 30 PM to 3:30 AM IST

Candidate can be based anywhere in India.

Qualifications: PRIOR 2 YEARS experience working for a physician in USA IS A MUST

Need to have at least 2 years of experience as a virtual medical assistant is mandatory.

MEDICAL CODERS, AND SCRIBERS WITH TRANSCRIPTION EXPERIENCE, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY

Training will be provided.

- Excellent communication skills

Need positive internet connection and laptop/computer with head phones
