Job Summary

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and experienced Pre-Primary Mother Teacher to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for young children.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct age-appropriate activities for pre-primary students.
- Handle classroom teaching, routines, and student engagement effectively.
- Develop children’s communication, social, motor, and cognitive skills through interactive activities.
- Maintain a secure, positive, and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Monitor students’ academic, social, and emotional development.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students’ progress and classroom activities.
- Maintain classroom records, lesson plans, and student observations.
- Organize and participate in school events, celebrations, and activities.




- Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and school management.

Requirements

- Graduate degree with NTT / D.El.Ed / Montessori / ECCE qualification preferred.
- Previous experience as a Pre-Primary / Mother Teacher is preferred.
- CBSE school experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, caring, creative, and enthusiastic approach towards young learners.
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively.
