Job Description

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Electronics Sales Executive to drive sales and provide excellent customer service in an electronics retail/showroom environment. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in electronics sales, consumer durables, or showroom sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable electronic products.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, offers, warranties, and after-sales services.
- Demonstrate products and highlight their benefits to customers.
- Generate sales and achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
- Perform upselling and cross-selling of related products and accessories.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, exchanges, and returns professionally.
- Maintain robust customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and availability on the sales floor.
- Coordinate with the inventory team for stock availability and replenishment.
- Assist with POS billing, payment collection, and sales documentation.
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.




- Stay updated on new electronic products, features, competitor offerings, and market trends.

Requirements

- Education: Graduate in BBA, B.Com, BA, Retail Management, Marketing, or any relevant discipline.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Electronics Sales, Consumer Durable Sales, Retail Sales, or Showroom Sales.
- Good knowledge of electronic products and consumer appliances.
- Excellent communication, customer-handling, and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems, MS Excel, and inventory management.
- Target-oriented, confident, and presentable personality.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
