JOB TITLE: SENIOR MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – ELECTRICAL

LOCATION: BHIWADI, RAJASTHAN

EXPERIENCE: 3–5 YEARS

SALARY: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 PER MONTH

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems and machinery.

Troubleshoot electrical faults in machines, motors, control panels, and industrial equipment.

Maintain MCC, PCC, electrical control panels, distribution boards, and wiring systems.

Handle installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment.

Maintain motors, starters, contactors, relays, sensors, and other electrical components.

Read and understand electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and circuit schematics.

Identify recurring electrical problems and implement corrective actions.

Conduct routine inspection of machines and electrical installations.

Coordinate with the Production and Mechanical Maintenance teams to minimize downtime.

Maintain maintenance records, checklists, breakdown reports, and preventive maintenance schedules.

Ensure availability of electrical spare parts and report requirements to management.

Follow electrical safety procedures and ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.

Guide and support junior maintenance technicians when required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS





ITI Electrician / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

3–5 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance.

Experience in a manufacturing/production environment is preferred.

Ability to work independently and coordinate with production teams.
