About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Purchase to lead procurement operations, vendor management, inventory control, and cost optimization for chemical/pharma raw materials, packaging materials, CAPEX, and consumables.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement procurement and sourcing strategies.
- Manage an annual procurement portfolio of ₹100–150 Cr.
- Handle procurement of chemical raw materials, pharma-grade chemicals, API/excipients, packaging materials, CAPEX and consumables.
- Identify, evaluate, audit, and manage suppliers/vendors.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, delivery schedules, AMC and Rate Contracts.
- Monitor inventory levels, lead times, material movement, and stock availability.
- Drive cost savings, process efficiency, and risk mitigation.
- Coordinate with Plant Operations, QA/QC, R&D;, P&D;, Regulatory, Finance, Warehouse,



and Engineering teams.
- Ensure procurement compliance with quality, regulatory, and company standards.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve quality/rejection and delivery issues.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, half-yearly, and yearly MIS and procurement reports.
- Lead and develop a team of 3 procurement professionals.
- Ensure SOP adherence and continuously improve procurement processes.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
