Job Summary:

We are looking for a customer-focused Malayalam Voice Process Executive to handle customer interactions through voice calls, resolve queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience. Freshers and experienced candidates with strong Malayalam communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls in Malayalam.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Record customer interactions and update details accurately in the system/CRM.
- Follow standard operating procedures, call scripts, and quality guidelines.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Achieve assigned targets related to call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude during customer interactions.

Requirements:





- 0–4 years of experience in voice process, customer support, BPO, telecalling, or related roles.
- Fluent Malayalam communication is mandatory.
- Valuable communication and active listening skills.
- Basic English/Tamil communication skills will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally.
- Freshers with good Malayalam communication skills are encouraged to apply.
