Job Overview

Grandeur Net is looking for a motivated and target-oriented IndiaMART Field Sales Executive who will be responsible for acquiring new clients, conducting face-to-face meetings, promoting IndiaMART services, and converting prospects into paid customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit potential and existing business clients on a regular basis.
- Generate leads and identify potential business owners and decision-makers.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and explain IndiaMART services and benefits.
- Present and demonstrate IndiaMART paid services to prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads systematically and close sales within the given timeline.
- Achieve assigned daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
- Maintain proper records of field visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
- Coordinate with the internal team for client onboarding and support.
- Explore recent market opportunities and generate business through field visits.

Candidate Requirements





- Qualification: Graduation in any stream.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can apply.
- Prior experience in field sales, B2B sales, or client acquisition will be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident and comfortable with face-to-face client meetings.
- Strong convincing and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, MS Office, and CRM applications.
