Telecaller / Admission Counsellor

Web Wisez is looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller / Admission Counsellor to handle student enquiries, follow up with leads, and assist prospective students with course information and admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with prospective students.
- Follow up with leads and explain course details clearly.
- Schedule counselling/demo sessions and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Update lead status and remarks in the CRM.
- Assist students throughout the admission process.
- Achieve monthly admission and follow-up targets.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Confident and qualified telephone handling.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Previous telecalling, counselling, or sales experience is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
