Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech – Electrical / Mechanical / Electrical & Electronics

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall plant maintenance, preventive maintenance and breakdown activities.

- Handle electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electronic maintenance.

- Ensure maximum machine uptime and reduce breakdowns through MTTR & MTBF analysis.

- Troubleshoot and maintain injection molding machines, robots and auxiliary equipment.

- Manage plant utilities including DG, compressors, chillers, EOT cranes, LT/HT panels and electrical systems.

- Lead maintenance teams and allocate manpower effectively.

- Manage spares inventory, maintenance budgets and CAPEX projects.

- Handle machine erection,



installation and commissioning.

- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

- Ensure compliance with EHS, safety and quality standards.

- Coordinate with production and other departments to minimize downtime.

Candidate Profile

- 10+ years of experience in Plant Maintenance / Manufacturing.

- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance.

- Experience with injection molding machines and plant utilities preferred.

- Knowledge of SAP, preventive maintenance and breakdown analysis.

- Solid team-handling and problem-solving skills.

- Exposure to IATF 16949, ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
